Look into a Franchise

Think about a franchise. This does require some upfront investment, but some franchises don't require a lot of money to start. You do have to investigate and make sure it is a reputable company. And it will take a little longer before your business gets off the ground.

Jobs in the Neighborhood

Fulfill a need. What do people in your area need, that could make you some money? Try dog walking, house cleaning, lawn care, handyman service, etc. People are busy and are willing to pay money to people to do the jobs that they do not have time for. This kind of home busines opportunity could be a great moneymaker for you.

Write an Ebook

Write an ebook. Put your knowledge to work making you money online. When you are done writing the ebook, you can sell it at such sites as Clickbank. You list it there and affiliates market it on their websites. You just collect the money.

Have a Rummage Sale

Have a rummage sale. This is the quickest way to make some extra money in a hurry. All you have to do is gather the stuff you want to sell, slap on some price tags, and put up a couple of signs on main thoroughfares near your house. You will be surprised at how much money you can make with this idea!

You could also sell your unwanted stuff on ebay, and start making money that way.
